- Causes of action based on imperfect knowledge of the future (e.g. Course policies).
Discourse
- Communication; Community with shared knowledge through written/spoken words.

- Different ways of thinking/looking at things.
Speech Act
- Verbally expressing an expectation; words that make it so, whether verbally or textually. (Illocutionary force/ intent, perlocutionary force/ actual consequence)
